Mediation Instructions
Generally, a mediation is scheduled for three (3) hours with the morning session beginning at 9:00 a.m., and the afternoon session beginning at 1:30 p.m. This can be accomplished through my website at fantauzzolaw.com. If you need more than three hours or you need me to travel to your office, please contact my office to schedule the mediation directly with me or my staff.
Private
Mediations
will
be
charged
as
follows:
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, all mediations shall be charged at $250.00 per hour with a minimum fee of two hours.
Cancellations:
Any cancellation must occur at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled mediation. If you cancel with less than 48 hours prior to the mediation then there is a cancellation fee equal to two hours.

the
rate
will
be
at
$250.00
per
hour
for
a
minimum
of
three
hours.
