	Mediation Instructions
Generally, a mediation is scheduled for three (3) hours with the morning session beginning at 9:00 a.m., and the afternoon session beginning at 1:30 p.m. If you need more than three hours please contact my office to schedule this time. Private Mediations will be charged as follows: Combined Gross Incomes less than $100,000.00 AND Net worth less than $100,000.00 shall be charged at $175.00 per hour with a minimum fee of two hours. Combined Gross Incomes greater less than $100,000.00 and less than $200,000.00 OR Net worth greater than $100,000.00 and less than $200,000.00 shall be charged at $200.00 per hour with a minimum fee of two hours. Combined Gross Incomes greater than $200,000.00 OR Net worth greater than $200,000.00 shall be charged at $250.00 per hour with a minimum fee of two hours. Cancellations: Any cancellation must occur at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled mediation. If you cancel with less than 48 hours prior to the mediation then there is a cancellation fee equal to two hours. Location: The mediation will be held at 3025 - 5th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33713 unless otherwise confirmed in writing from my office. If the mediation is scheduled away from 3025 - 5th Avenue North then it must be set during a time that the full day is available to allow enough time to travel and the rate will be at $250.00 per hour for a minimum of three hours.
